- Food products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery due to their nature
- Exceptions apply only in cases of damaged items, incorrect orders, or quality issues
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos
- If approved, customers will receive either a replacement or a full refund
- Products must be stored properly as instructed (fridge/freezer)
- Requests after 24 hours or improperly handled products are not eligible
